Returns and exchange details
Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction :)
Generally, we have a no refund policy,
so please pay close attention to the item size and details on each product listing.
If however, your item arrives broken,
we will happily refund your item purchase price once we receive the returned item.
Since our products are all one of a kind, we cannot replace a broken item with an exact copy, but we are happy to switch them out for another item in our store if you would prefer this to a refund.
